PANEL PROFILE In the system, 3-chamber double side channel economic model rail profile with 70x150x2.20 mm section can be used. For long openings, 7-chamber double side channel special aluminum rail profile with 70x150x2.50 mm section is used to provide opening up to 7.00 meters. Optionally, 120x150x2.50 mm section thick series, 8-chamber single side channel rail profile is also among the applications. Each part facade, the maximum distance between two carrier rails is up to 375 cm. Carrier profile chambers and side channels are in a structure that allows steel profile reinforcement, pulling and tension rope system assembly. There is no roughness that causes dust and dirt accumulation on the carrier profile surfaces. There are silicone seals on the rail edges of the system that prevent water and air from entering from the side.

Carrier Rail Profile In the system, a 100x150x2-2.5 mm section, 9-chambered single side channel special aluminum rail profile is used, providing an opening of up to 7.00 meters. Each part facade, the maximum distance between two carrier rails is up to 375 cm. Carrier profile chambers and side channels are in a structure that will allow steel profile reinforcement, pulling and tension rope system assembly. The system is prevented from leaking water with the grooved ears on the carrier profile edges. There is no roughness that causes dust and dirt accumulation on the carrier profile surfaces. There are silicone seals on the rail edges of the system that prevent water and air from entering from the side.

CONNECTION SHEETS AND SCREWS The screws, nuts and connection sheets to be used on the system will be stainless. The connection sheets are galvanized on steel and will be painted in the desired color with one of the “powder coating” methods.

FRONT VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL POLE PROFILE Front vertical and horizontal profiles are 120x80x2.20 mm section, double channel aluminum section on the front and back surfaces and provide self-drainage. Channels facilitate the connection between the gutter and the ground. It does not require any screw or similar drilling connection to the profile. Nut reinforcement and connection with screws are made easier in the channels. The sub-ground and upper gutter connection will be completed with special laser cutting and twisted connection sheets using channels. Water drainage is facilitated from the Ø 50 hole located at the bottom of the vertical profile. It has a stylish and aesthetic appearance and is compatible with the entire system. The vertical profile will also be used to close the height difference between the back and front of the system by using horizontally.

MOVEMENT MOTOR The motors to be used on the system will be German-origin Becker brand. It will be radio frequency controlled and suitable for operation with remote control. The motor to be used will be under 5-year warranty. The system front profile will be in a tense state thanks to the motor to be used at the end point of the rain gutter and at this point the motor will be capable of braking by preventing it from coming back. The motor to be used will be able to make 11 revolutions per minute and will operate at a frequency of 868.3 MHz in the IP 44 protection class. It can be stopped and moved at any desired location or it has a fully open and close automation system with a single button. In the system, the movement to the moving roof is provided by a specially produced European-origin timing belt system for tensioning together with the motor. It is a Powerled lighting system suitable for moving roof axes and can move with the roof. Each roof lighting button can work independently of each other. The main carrier of the system is aluminum and fixing to the ground is done with steel anchors and steel dowels. The system can be completely covered with a Vertical Stor (motorized transparent mica vertical opening and closing) system, or by applying zip curtain, tempered glass sliding or folding glass systems, spaces that can be used in all seasons can be created.

RAIN STREAM The gutter system specially designed for the smart roof system has a depth and width of 120x200x200. With this feature, the gutter takes the panel that comes out of the carrier rails. The gutter system is mounted by inserting between the front vertical profiles and the horizontal profile. It will be fixed to its position with the help of trapezoidal screws. It will form the end point of the panels on the carrier rail. It will transfer the water coming from the creek remaining inside the profile to the front vertical profile through the Ø50 hole and discharge the water.
